How to place an order on PriyaKCollections.com 

At Priya K Collections, we are proud to offer the most seamless ordering experience. Here is what you need to do to place an order:

1. Find and select the attire that you want to order.
2. Click on 'Add to cart' to add the selected garment(s) to your shopping cart.
3. On the cart page, double-check the quantity and price of the items ordered. 
4. Click on check out to proceed with the billing process.
5. Add your contact, billing and shipping details. Don't forget to add your discount coupons if you have any.
6. Select the preferred payment method- Credit card/debit card. Once the payment goes through, that means you have successfully placed the order. Review your order details on the final screen. You can also check your order details in your email once you receive the confirmation email.

I've placed an order, when will I receive it?

The processing time for the product you have ordered is 48 hrs.( two days). If your order contains multiple items with different processing times, your order will be dispatched only when all products are ready. 

Example: You've placed an order for three products. The processing time for product A is 48 hrs, product B is 7 days and product C is 21 days. Your order will be dispatched within 21 days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your order within 4-7 business days.

How will my order be delivered to me? 

We understand that you are concerned about your newly purchased. We only partner with the most reputed logistics Canada Post. Once we dispatch your order, you will receive an email with the tracking details so that you can keep a tab on the delivery status of your order.

How can I check the status of my order? 

You can easily check the status of your order by logging in to your Priya K Collections account and click on My Account section. From here click on the order tab, you will be able to view your order history and status of each order.

What kind of special offers or discounts do you offer your customers?

Our loyal customers enjoy various offers and discounts on their orders. Sign up to our newsletter to get regular updates on our latest offers.

Do you offer any coupons or special deals for your customers?

Yes, we do offer coupons and special deals for our customers. However, please note that discount codes are only available on our website and are not applicable on custom/bridal orders.

How many coupon/promo codes can I use on a single purchase?

You can use only one coupon/promo code on each order

How can I care for my purchase?

We would recommend dry cleaning on embellished outfits. Outfits of cotton/digital prints should only be washed in cold water.
